Erik brings 18 years of experience in syndication, property management, asset management and commercial investment brokerage. Previously, he worked for a boutique Seattle private investment firm and brokered over $175 million in multifamily and land development transactions. In 2010, he founded Ironridge Investments and built a $53 Million portfolio in the Seattle area. Ironridge Investments transitioned into Ironridge Capital in 2018.

Erik holds a degree in business administration from the University of Washington. Growing up with blueprints on the kitchen table and working on construction sites with his father, Erik has hands on experience to go along with the analytics required to make real estate investments work. His focus is centers on financial plans for investment projects, acquisitions, fundraising, big picture outlook for portfolios/buildings, and ensuring that the best processes are in place for management.

Erik has over 18 years of experience in project and team management with a specialty in marketing, advertising and business systems. Early on in his career, Erik spent five years in the financial industry specializing in real estate lending, small business investments and client banking. He has managed teams as large as 200+ employees in the health and fitness industry and, along the way, became a founding partner of his own fitness club franchise.

Erik attended the University of Florida and has his real estate license since 2011. Erik focuses on the daily operations of Ironridge’s portfolio and manages the on-site and professional management staff. He also heads up all capital improvement projects and remodels. Erik believes that the best results come from relentless teamwork, dogged work ethic, communication and attention to the needs of customers.
